1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EasyPlanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of EasyPlanner ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
EasyPlanner is a personal scheduling and appointment management application designed primarily for independent professionals and small service businesses. The App allows users to manage appointments, services, pricing, and client information on their personal device.
The App is available in two tiers:
Free tier: core scheduling and appointment management features, stored locally on your device, available without registration.
Premium tier (paid subscription): additional features including cloud backup, multi-device synchronization, and any other features designated as premium within the App.
The specific features included in each tier may be updated over time at our discretion. We will communicate material changes to users through the App or via email where possible.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use EasyPlanner. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
The App is intended for personal and professional use by individuals. Use of the App on behalf of a legal entity is permitted, provided the individual accepting these Terms has the authority to bind that entity.
4. Account Registration
Registration is optional. The App operates in offline mode without an account, and all core features are available without sign-in.
If you choose to create an account to enable cloud backup and synchronization, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
- Notify us promptly at [[email protected]] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
EasyPlanner offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described within the App and on the App Store product page. Pricing may vary by region in accordance with Apple's pricing tiers.
5.2 Billing and Renewal
All subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). By initiating a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5.3 Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date of activation. If you do not cancel before the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
Important
Deleting your EasyPlanner account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel separately through your Apple ID settings to avoid future charges.
5.5 Refunds
Because all transactions are processed exclusively by Apple, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Where required by law or App Store policy, we will notify you in advance of any price changes. Continued use of a subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
6. User Data and Responsibility for Client Data
6.1 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into EasyPlanner, including appointments, service information, settings, and any client information you choose to store ("User Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Data.
6.2 Client Data — Your Responsibility
EasyPlanner is a tool that allows you to store information about your clients, such as names, contact details, and appointment history. You, as the user of the App, are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and store personal data about your clients under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).
- Informing your clients about how their data is stored and used, in accordance with your own obligations as a data controller.
- Obtaining any necessary consents from your clients before entering their personal data into the App.
- Handling client data in a manner consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for your compliance with data protection obligations towards your own clients. By using EasyPlanner to store client data, you confirm that you are doing so lawfully.
6.3 Data Accuracy
We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any data entered by users. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data you store in the App.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use EasyPlanner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Store, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, or offensive.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, its infrastructure, or any associated accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers.
- Use the App to send unsolicited communications or spam to third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
EasyPlanner and all of its content, features, functionality, design, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology ("App Content") are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App or App Content beyond the limited license to use the App as described herein.
8.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device(s) for your personal or professional scheduling purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
8.3 Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights in the User Data you enter into the App. By enabling cloud synchronization, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the backup and synchronization service. This license terminates when you delete your data or your account.
8.4 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
EasyPlanner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any errors in the App will be corrected, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
The App is a scheduling tool intended to assist you in managing your appointments. It is not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or medical advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyPlanner and its developer(s), officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the App; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your storage or use of client data in violation of applicable data protection laws; or any content you enter into the App.
12. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services to deliver certain features. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies:

All in-app purchases and subscription billing are governed by Apple's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party service. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, certain features of the App may be affected.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. If you have a registered account, you may delete it through the App settings or by contacting us at [[email protected]]. Upon account deletion, all cloud-synchronized data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we discontinue the App.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Reminder: terminating your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel separately via Apple ID settings.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction to be determined upon company registration], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction to be determined].
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.
15. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
The following terms apply specifically because the App is distributed through Apple's App Store:
These Terms are between you and EasyPlanner only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, or settlement of such claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Usage Rules.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable laws, or our practices. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify users through the App or via email where possible. Your continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
